"I scheduled a winter AC/Heater tune up late in the season. As it was warming up, a Rightemp representative suggested I focus on the AC unit but offered to look at the heating unit as well. I really appreciated their suggestion and offer. The technician serviced both. The AC was functioning fine but needed a thorough clean out, which he performed. Prior we called out the installation company that sold the Goodman heater to us and they couldn’t figure it out then 2 weeks ago we called another company highly rated that came out twice and he failed at resolving the issue. "I have worked with Righttemp to replace systems in two homes. Both were excellent experiences all the way from the quote to completion of work. Patrick and his team are upfront and honest and will not try to upsell you with stuff you don't need like some other companies tried to do with us. Patrick will give you your options, explain them, let you make the decision and is not pushy all. Patrick actually told us that the most expensive option might not be the best option for our needs and tried to save us some money instead of trying to push the most expensive option on us. He was actually able to save us more then half of what some of the other companies were trying to charge us because of their attempts to upsell us with stuff we didn't need. "Our old air-conditioning unit went out near the end of July and we called RighTemp Home Services and they were out within two days (only because I had to work the next day) which was better than the other guy who couldn’t come out for at least a week just to look at it. We discussed getting a two zone HVAC system because we have a two-story house and they put it in the next week in two days and we love it. There was one little glitch with the drain line (it wasn’t draining properly the first night and kept shutting off the unit), but I called them in the evening after hours, and Amy called me right back and sent someone out first thing the next morning and they fixed it quickly. John and Patrick and all the guys were very nice. Our only complaint might be that their patch work leaves a little to be desired. But we really love the Daikin system. Our August bill, running the system 24/7, saved 25% over our July bill running our old system every day for only 12 hours! The upstairs and downstairs are the same temperature all the time now. We can’t wait to see what it does this winter! No more being too cold downstairs and too hot upstairs! And it’s so quiet too. And a portion of their profits go to wonderful charities like Foster Army, an animal rescue group, and to veteran organizations!"
