I scheduled a winter AC/Heater tune up late in the season. As it was warming up, a Rightemp representative suggested I focus on the AC unit but offered to look at the heating unit as well. I really appreciated their suggestion and offer. The technician serviced both. The AC was functioning fine but needed a thorough clean out, which he performed. We called this company to resolve an ongoing newer installed gas heater issue. Prior we called out the installation company that sold the Goodman heater to us and they couldn’t figure it out then 2 weeks ago we called another company highly rated that came out twice and he failed at resolving the issue. We did some research and saw that this company in addition to great reviews also had experience with our heater model. They arrived on time and it was finally fixed. The service fee was so reasonable as well. They even took the time to call and follow up to insure it was still working well. We would highly recommend this company.
